Deposits and withdrawals for Haiti: MonCash, Natcash and cryptocurrency
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for all available deposit and withdrawal methods. Note: local methods (MonCash/Natcash and cash operations in clubs) are available if you registered by phone or Google. With Telegram sign-in, only crypto deposits/withdrawals are available (unless you are in Haiti).

Before you start: quick checks

Make sure your phone number is confirmed and the account name matches the payment method owner’s name. This speeds up operations and helps avoid blocks. If you only see crypto in the cashier, add your phone number — local methods will appear automatically.

MonCash — deposit

Open the Deposit cashier and select MonCash.
Enter the Deposit amount (HTG) in Haitian gourdes.
In Wallet, enter your MonCash wallet number in the local format.
Tap Continue. You’ll be redirected to the MonCash website to complete the payment.

Other two options are also available:

Method 1: via USSD/confirmation code. Follow the on-screen instructions: dial the code on your phone, confirm the payment, and wait for a success status. Good if the app is unavailable or not updated.

Method 2: via the MonCash app. Launch the app on your phone, confirm the payment as instructed, then return to the ParyajPam website or app. Deposits usually appear instantly. If not, refresh your history and check the status in the app.

Security tips: pay only via the official app or USSD, never share one-time codes, and double-check your wallet number and amount.

MonCash — withdrawal

In the Withdraw cashier, choose MonCash. You’ll see an important rule: if you haven’t placed bets, a 30% fee applies. To avoid the fee, you must place bets totaling at least 50% of your deposit amount.

— Enter the withdrawal amount (min 100 HTG, max 25,000 HTG/day).
— Enter your MonCash wallet number (must belong to you).
— Tap Continue and wait for the status.

Possible rejections: daily limit exceeded or suspicious activity. If rejected, the system shows the reason; follow the prompts and resubmit.

Natcash — deposits and withdrawals

The flow mirrors MonCash: choose Natcash for deposit/withdrawal, enter amount and wallet number, then confirm via the app or the alternative flow provided on the screen. Withdrawals follow the same compliance rules: the owner must match and the wagering condition applies if you want a fee-free withdrawal. If limits are exceeded, the request may be paused for review.

Crypto — deposit

Available to all users, including those signed in via Telegram. In Deposit, open Crypto.

— Choose the coin/network (Coin): TRX (TRC20), USDT Tron (TRC20), ETH/USDT (ERC20), BNB/USDT (BEP20), MATIC/USDT (Polygon PoS), TON/USDT TON, SOL/USDT SOL, and more.
— Tap Show address and copy the address for the exact network you selected.
— Send the transfer from your wallet. Mind network fees and any minimum deposit; sending over a different network can result in loss of funds.
— After network confirmations, the balance is credited. Keep the transaction hash until it appears.

Recommendations: make a small test transfer before a large one; don’t send from exchanges that require memo/tag if our address doesn’t; always check the first/last characters of the address.

Crypto — withdrawal

In Withdraw, open Crypto.

— In Chain, select the network (e.g., USDT Tron TRC20, ETH ERC20, BNB BEP20, Polygon, TON, SOL, etc.).
— Enter your wallet address on the same network.
— Enter the amount. For some routes, minimum is from 1,500 HTG, maximum up to 20,000 HTG per operation (see the form).
— The current conversion rate (e.g., “1 USDT = … HTG”) updates automatically.
— Confirm the withdrawal and wait for the hash; after broadcast, the operation is irreversible.

If the network is congested, confirmations may take longer. “Invalid address” errors mean the network doesn’t match the address format — fix the mismatch and resubmit.

Fees, limits and fee-free condition

— If you haven’t placed bets after a deposit, local withdrawals may incur a 30% fee. To withdraw without a fee, place bets totaling at least 50% of your deposit. No withdrawal fee is charged on crypto.
— For MonCash and Natcash, limits apply: min 100 HTG, max 25,000 HTG/day for withdrawals. For crypto, limits vary by route and are shown in the form.
— We don’t process third-party payments. All wallets and documents must belong to the account holder.

Typical issues and fixes

— Payment “stuck”. Check the provider app status or blockchain hash, then contact Support with amount, time, request ID, and (for crypto) the transaction hash.
— “Invalid address” in crypto. Ensure the network matches the address (e.g., USDT TRC20 cannot go to ERC20).
— Limit exceeded. Split into multiple transactions within daily caps or wait until the next day.

FAQ

How long do deposits/withdrawals take?
MonCash/Natcash deposits are usually instant; withdrawals take from minutes to one business day depending on checks and load. Crypto speeds depend on network and fee.

Can I withdraw to a friend’s/relative’s wallet?
No. We pay out only to methods owned by the account holder — for your security.

How do I cancel a withdrawal request?
While it’s “in progress,” contact Support to check if cancellation is possible. Crypto withdrawals cannot be canceled after broadcast.

Why was 30% withheld?
Per terms: if no bets were placed after a fiat deposit, a fee applies. To avoid it, wager at least 50% of the deposit. No fee on crypto withdrawals.

MonCash app won’t open a payment invoice — what to do?
Update the app, check internet and notification permissions. If needed, use Method 1 (USSD) or go directly via the MonCash website and try again.
